Invitation only. The app is a prototype for invited people. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
Not medical advice. The Library, Measures and Medicines pages show your own information and summaries of published research. They are directional and are not medical advice. Do not start, stop or change any medicine because of this app. Talk to your own doctor or pharmacist.
Your health information. If you put health information in the app, you do so of your own free will. We do not ask for it, and you do not have to enter any. You decide what to enter, and you can delete it at any time.
No responsibility for health information. We take no responsibility for any healthcare information you put into the app or find in it, including whether it is accurate, complete or suitable for you, and for any decision you take because of it. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for it.
Your entries. You own what you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for not entering other people’s information without their permission.
Fair use. Do not try to break, probe or overload the app, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
As is. The prototype is provided as it is, may change or stop, and comes without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.
Ending. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your data. We can end your access at any time.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Any dispute is for the courts of the ADGM.
